Do I need to provide food for my cat/dog?

No, we provide both wet and dry high quality food for both your cat/dog. We do recommend that if your cat/dog is on a prescribed diet from your vet that you do provide it during the time your pet is here.

What vaccinations does my pet require before his holiday at Griffin?

Cats C5 Dogs F5 kittens and puppies minimum requirements.

Do I need to bring my pets belongings for their stay?

There is no need to bring blankets, toys or bedding that is all provided. Each pet is provided with clean comfortable bedding daily and we have a range of toys available for use.

How do I know that my pet is going to be safe during his/her stay?

Individual attention on a daily basis, Manager lives on sight so they are never alone, along with our high fencing and double gate system all our enclosures have enclosed roof’s ensuring no escape. Abide by council regulation’s.

What happens if my pet was to become ill?

Everything in our power is done to ensure illness does not become a part of your pets stay with all guest’s health being monitored regularly. However, if your pet does show signs of illness you will be contacted immediately. Griffin Boarding has three local veterinary centres that are always on call. Veterinary attention will be sought at your expense.

Do you offer a pick-up and delivery service?

Yes, during business hours only. Price dependant on location, please contact us for a quote.

How am I charged for my pets stay?

Per day, charged for that day if pick up after 12.30 (excludes tues not charged for that day)
